5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of your first payment.

6. Intellectual Property

Your trading strategies remain your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership of strategies you create using our platform. However, Screebits retains all rights to the platform, software, and documentation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Screebits is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any trading losses or damages arising from use of our platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
